We collect the email address you sign up with, the property, camera, stand, and image data you enter or email to your trail-cam ingest address, and basic technical data needed to run the Service. We store the first hunting state you choose so setup can resume and show relevant opener context. You can change it in Account center. If you opt in to text messages, we also collect the mobile number you provide.
We also collect first-party usage analytics, such as which features you visit, the order you navigate them, and how long you spend on each, to understand how RackIQ is used and to improve it. This data is stored in our own systems and is not sold or shared with third-party advertising networks.
When you use an invite or share control, analytics may record the type of artifact, whether the action was started or completed, the delivery channel, and the redaction mode. Analytics does not store the invite token, shared text or image, recipient identity, property or stand name, deer name, or precise location.
First-ground analytics record whether the state and ground steps were shown, saved, or deferred. They do not record which state you chose, your coordinates, or your property name.
If your crew is admitted to the Location Intelligence Alpha and you start Hunt Circle, we collect the status and sharing precision you choose. Exact and vicinity modes collect your current device location while RackIQ is visible. Status only collects no GPS. If you separately add Pressure Intelligence, we collect a roughly 100-meter location area.
We use your data to provide RackIQ, storing your observations, looking up weather for your locations, and generating forecasts and analytics for your account.
Your field data is stored so RackIQ can operate for you and is protected by account-scoped access controls. RackIQ does not publish your property, locations, photos, stands, cameras, individual sit history, or named bucks, and none of that appears in Field Evidence. If you deliberately share ground or a buck with a crew, the people you selected can see the material you chose to share.
Hunt Circle uses your chosen status, destination, and optional current location to help members of your selected crew coordinate. Pressure Intelligence turns a coarse area into an identity-free combined crew surface. RackIQ does not use either feature for advertising.
Public share cards and hunt reports are created only when you choose to share. Public-safe defaults hide property and stand details, and generated image cards are re-rendered without the original photo file's hidden metadata. Private crew invite links reveal no ground or member details before sign-in, expire, and can be replaced or turned off by the crew owner.
To make RackIQ's forecasts sharper for every hunter, RackIQ is improved using de-identified, location-coarsened movement signals from other hunters, and your own reads get sharper from that same shared data. This is on by default.
This contribution never includes your photos, your exact coordinates, details about your land, or the names or identities of specific bucks. It is limited to coarse, aggregated conditions associated with deer activity within a broad geographic grid, and it is never sold or shared with advertising networks. You can turn it off at any time under Account center, Data and privacy.
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Open-Meteo for weather data; Cloudflare to route the trail-cam photos you email to your ingest address; and a messaging provider to deliver the text messages you request. Your property coordinates are sent to the weather, county-area, terrain, environmental, and imagery services needed to return the ground read and map. Address and place searches may be processed by Google Geocoding or OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Map tiles are served by the imagery providers named in our data sources. We do not sell your personal information.
Location sharing is off by default and starts only after you choose a precision, choose a stop time, accept the location notice, and tap Start Hunt Circle. Exact and vicinity modes share one current fix with members of the crew you selected. Status only shares no GPS. RackIQ does not store a breadcrumb trail for Hunt Circle.
Hunt Circle is a coordination aid, not an emergency location service. It may be delayed or unavailable because of terrain, signal, battery, permissions, or network conditions. Do not rely on it for rescue, dispatch, or personal safety.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, RackIQ sends you account-related and conversational text messages: hunting-condition alerts, reminders you set, and replies to questions you text us (our "Ask Your Ground" feature). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help.
Your mobile opt-in information and phone number are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your mobile information with anyone except the messaging provider that delivers the texts you asked for. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Your data is isolated to your account and protected by row-level security. We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Hunt Circle keeps only your latest fix. Your crew loses access when you stop sharing or the timer ends, which is capped at 12 hours, and expired fixes are automatically deleted. Pressure Intelligence source areas are deleted after 14 days. Consent receipts contain no coordinates and remain as an account security and compliance record until account deletion.
You can edit or delete your properties, cameras, and images in the app, opt out of data contribution at any time, reply STOP to end text messages, or request full account deletion by contacting us.
You choose whether Hunt Circle shares an exact fix, a vicinity area, or status without GPS. You can stop a live session at any time. You can use the rest of RackIQ without turning on Hunt Circle or adding Pressure Intelligence.
